Arrive at Misasa Onsen!

Hop on a bus or train from the Osaka area and you'll be in Misasa in just a little over three hours. If you're traveling from Tokyo, a plane to Tottori Airport will hit the tarmac in just over an hour. From there, a direct bus will whisk you across to Misasa in around an hour.
Make an early start and you'll have half a day to start enjoying Misasa.

2:00 p.m.
Head out and learn about the legend of the white wolf!

"Stroll around town before check-in and find out more about the legend of how the town's hot spring was discovered thanks to a white wolf.
Get to know onsen culture by trying a foot bath and the drinking water spring at Misasa Shrine and Kabu-yu."

4:00 p.m.
Check-in at onsen hotel

Check in quickly then head out and enjoy the hot springs. Have any questions? Just ask the Radiummelier! Then forget about all your worries and just relax.

Experience Radon heated air bath. (Reservation required)

At Misasa Onsen, you can go to other hotels and bathe in the hot spring baths, even if you are not a guest at that hotel. Enjoy the variety of different baths.

At Misasa Onsen, there are many hidden stories and famous places. Why not get a local guide to show you the top spots? Jinsho-no-Yakata, Misasa shrine, Fujii Brewery (with free tasting) and Koitani Bridge.

Mt. Mitoku Visit Nageiredo

Lunch and a break in the onsen district

Wash off the sweat after the tough climb with another bath in one of the hot springs. Don't forget your souvenirs!
